Questions about a code, a size or which lock suits your locker come to combos@fortlocks.co. A person reads every message and answers within a few working days.

We do not take orders by email. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, and questions about a delivery go to them.

If a size on this site does not match the lock in your hand, tell us which lock and which color. We would rather fix a page than leave it wrong.
